The Customer Services Team at Ashfield District Council are always looking to improve the service they provide, and would like your help!
We are currently carrying out a survey of customers who have used our service – whether that has been by telephone, at one of our Customer Services Points at Hucknall, Kirkby or Sutton or via email.

Active Ashfield Sports Awards 2008
Active Ashfield is hosting the first ever Ashfield Sports Awards on Friday 21st November 2008.
If you want to recognise a sporting achievement from an athlete, coach, volunteer, team or club based in Ashfield please download, complete and return the attached nomination form or contact Ashfield District Council Sports Development on 01623 457410 or email c.hallam@ashfield-dc.gov.uk for a copy of the form to be posted to you.
