General Information

The Council's Estates Section manages the Council's non-residential land and property interests.

The Council offers a range of properties for lease, which can be viewed using the Mole mapping tool. These include:

Butler's Hill Business Park

Butler's Hill Business Park comprises a former allotment site developed by Ashfield District Council with grant funding from the European Regional Development Fund, the Greater Nottingham Partnership and East Midlands Development Agency to provide approximately 2.88 hectares of serviced employment land.

Location

Hucknall is part of the Greater Nottingham Conurbation, lying approximately 7 miles to the north west of Nottingham City Centre.  The town has a resident population of 27,000 and enjoys fast transport links to Nottingham via the Nottingham Express Transit tram system and the Robin Hood Line, the latter providing a link to the national rail network.

It provides an initial source of information to new or established business on what units are available in the district. Searches are based on the type of property and the size required.
