Council Performance
||The Council delivers our long term Community & Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy through our Corporate Plan. Each Division within the Council is required to produce a Business Plan which lays out how the priorities outlined in the Corporate Plan are to be delivered at a service level.
A strong performance management framework is in place, which assesses delivery of these priorities using performance indicators and key tasks. Throughout the year, we regularly review performance against these tasks and indicators through formal reports to Cabinet, to Scrutiny Review and to the Council’s Management Team.
The Council also uses regular consultation to research the opinions of residents which inform its decision making, track satisfaction with its services and drive continuous improvement.
