The structure of the Authority is based on nine Divisions; these are as follows:
- Chief Executive
- Outward Focus
- Inward Focus
- Land and Property
- Health and Housing
- Revenues, IT and Customer Services
- Neighbourhood Services
- Community and Economic Promotion
- Financial Management

Within each document please note:
- The column titled 'Establishment Count' is our target staffing figure.
- The 'status' column indicates whether the position is permanent or fixed term.
- The abbreviations are Perm = Permanent position, FTC = Fixed Term Contract (the post is for a specific time period or to complete a specific project)
- All the figures are based on Full Time Equivalents, for example 2 part time employees working a total of 37 hours is equal to 1 full time equivalent.
