Planning Forms
||
The National Standard Planning Application Form (1APP), introduced on 6th April 2008, is the only way of submitting a planning application to all planning authorities in England.
The forms and notes on this page are in PDF format and require Acrobat Reader to view and print.
You may request the forms from our Development Advice and Control Section by telephoning 01623 457396.
Alternatively, you can apply online or select a form to print at the Planning Portal website. The Planning Portal has specific forms for Ashfield District Council.
Residential Developments
If you are not sure if you require Planning Permission, please complete the Planning & Building Control Questionnaire.
The Planning & Building Control Questionnaire can be completed by anyone who wishes to obtain the informal opinion of the Authority as to whether a proposed householder development might require formal planning approval.
This questionnaire relates solely to residential properties and not to any flats, or properties with a business use.
For more guidance on residential planning permission please see the Planning Portal's interactive house guide.
