What is MEND?

MEND provides programmes, services and resources to help children and families learn how to improve their health, fitness and the way they feel about their bodies.

MEND stands for:

Mind - understanding and changing unhealthy attitudes and behaviours around food.
Exercise - adequate, safe - and above all fun - exercise.
Nutrition - enjoyable, practical activities teaching healthy eating and food choices to improve the whole family's diet.
Do It - get involved!
