Allocations (Lettings) Scheme

The current Allocations Policy, which details how we allocate vacant properties, is based on a points system according to your circumstances.  However, later this year the Council and Ashfield Homes will be joining with Mansfield District Council to launch a new joint 'Choice Based Lettings' scheme called Ashfield and Mansfield Homefinder.   This includes a new joint policy for the allocation of properties, which will come into force when the new system goes live.
