Ashfield, The Nursery of Cricket

Ashfield District Council have produced a booklet documenting the careers of local players who have played first class cricket.

The booklet was researched and edited by Rob Wadsworth Hill of Ashfield District Council, and funded and supported by Ashfield District Council, Kirkby Portland Cricket Club, and Local Heritage Initiative.

Local Heritage Initiative is a partnership between the Heritage Lottery Fund, Nationwide Building Society and the Countryside Agency.
